Client / Products:
Manufacturer of staining solutions for hematology and cytology (Worldwide Headquarters)
Background / Objectives:
Client believes that his products are underpriced in France. French distributor denies a potential for higher prices. Client assigned PM&P to collect price information on competitive products from the French market.
Methodology:
50 postal interviews with selected French customers.
Outcome:
The results of the study were used as input for negotiations with the French distributor and led to a new distribution agreement.
